The Weekend Love Tunic was inspired by lazy Sunday afternoons in my backyard. I wanted to make a tunic that was breathable and fashionable. This is a simple 2 row repeat pattern. The pattern is written so that the tunic is oversized, but is easily adjustable for your desired width and length. It is two panels worked in rows, from the bottom up. I used 4 ply Wolltraum yarn, which is soft and easy to care for.

PLEASE READ

Because this tunic is made with gradient yarn, I am suggesting that you buy 2 cakes of the same color. This is to ensure that both panels match up (color wise) as you sew them together. If you use one cake of yarn, you will have to cut and reattach the yarn every few rows (to make both panels simultaneously) to ensure that both panels match up (color wise) as you sew them together.

This tunic is meant to be crocheted loosely. If you have a tighter tension, go up one hook size. If you would like your tunic to be more fitted, used tighter tension, or go down one hook size.
