Weekend Waffle Sweater Baby-5T
This project combines easy crochet stitches for a beautifully textured, squishy, and meditative project. If you are feeling color adventurous, have fun with color blocking or make the sleeves in a different color than the body.
CONSTRUCTION

Each panel and sleeve are worked side to side. Next you will add the ribbed collar to the front and back panels and finally sew each piece together inside out, turning right side out when all sewn and ends woven in.

SKILLS
—
This is a written pattern assuming intermediate crochet knowledge and is not intended to be beginner friendly. Supplemental research or practice to learn new skills may be required to complete this project.
This pattern requires a working knowledge of: crocheting flat in rows and seaming pieces together, increasing, decreasing, working in the back loop and working slip stitch ribbing. Previous experience with sewing buttons and working speciality stitches like the 2 stitch combinations stitch may be helpful.
The hem, sleeve cuffs and neckline are made with larger hooks in order to create stretchy slip stitches.
