Techniques: knit, purl, duplicate stitch. It’s a pretty easy duplicate stitching using only 1 contrasting color. So it’s a good project if you want to learn that technique.

If you knit it to gauge you’ll get a 8x8” square that can be used as a blanket component or a washcloth depending on the yarn you use.
You can make it larger or smaller by playing with gauge.
