The Welcome Cowl is a cosy neckwarmer that I designed because I needed something nice and warm to give for refugees. The pattern is easy and fast to knit, easy to remember and still does not get boring when knitted. A special cast on and bind off ensure that the edges are elastic, but not floppy. Wound around your neck twice, you can use the cowl as scarf and hat at the same time, keeping your ears warm as well.

Contains instructions for 4-ply and 6.ply sock yarn. Reversible, easy to knit

Der Welcome Cowl (Loop) ist ein kuscheliger Halswärmer, den ich entworfen habe, um etwas Schönes und Wärmendes für Flüchtlinge zu stricken.
Das Muster ist einfach und strickt sich schnell, man kann es sich leicht merken und es wird trotzdem beim Stricken nicht langweilig. Ein spezieller Anschlag und spezielles Abketten stellen sicher, dass der Rand elastisch ist, aber nicht wellig. Zweimal um den Hals gewickelt kann man den Cowl als Schal und Mütze gleichzeitig verwenden, auch die Ohren werden warm gehalten.
