Wellen im Sturm
I found the Ragazza yarn in my stash when searching for a suitable yarn to make a hat that would go along with my favourite grey lace scarf.
Other than the two simple hats I had made the winters before, I wanted to make a hat with some pattern, that would underline the colour stranding the yarn provides.
The result of the simple cable pattern along with the colourway of the yarn reminds me of a stormy day at the sea side with waves crushing at the shor, and I like this so much that I wrote a pattern for you to follow.
The beanie hat is a one-size pattern that will fit adults. It can be made of one 50g skein of the suggested yarn. The length can be varied by increasing or decreasing the number of pattern repeats.
If you wish, you can use some scrap yarn in matching colour to knit the seam.
