Westcliffe Chapeau
Soon available as a free Ravelry download! The instructions are complete and have been tested for accuracy. Downloads will be made available (in your choice of US and UK crochet terminology) as soon as I complete and test the stitch diagrams.
Inspired by beautiful baby Lucy in Westcliffe, Colorado, this flattering hat is crowned with a sweet flower motif and is crocheted in a simple, elegant shell-stitch pattern that evokes mountain grasses waving in a morning breeze. The lovely self-striping colorway of the super-soft Mini Mochi yarn mirrors the colors of the sunrise in Lucy’s mountain home. This elegant hat is a joy to crochet and can easily be completed in an evening, and the relatively loose gauge will stretch to fit a growing little girl.
