This pattern is inspired by the natural colors and textures of the beaches and forests of the west coast. The finished product has some stretch but maintains its support due to the tight knit. I recommend natural fiber yarns like Flax, Cotton, Hemp or Linen in DK weight or worsted weight held double throughout this pattern, in order to achieve the intended look and texture.
