Western Hat
Ever begin filming your own western movie when all of a sudden it begins to snow? “Dang” you think. “How am I supposed to get that authentic western vibe when all my actors are shivering?” Well, at last, your solution has arrived. The Western winter hat! Knit in suitable western colours with a lovely stranded First Nations art inspired motif, and a bit of slouch to help it giddy up into the modern era, the Western hat is just the ticket. Yeeeeehaaawww!
Finished Sizing:
Finished hat will be approximately 27.5cm/10.63”inches tall and will fit a womens/unisex teen 52cm-58cm/20”-23”inch head.
Yarns:
Three shades of worsted weight yarn.
Needles:
1 US Size 6 (4.00mm) circular needle
4 or 5 US Size 6 (4.00mm) double pointed needles
Or sizes needed to obtain gauge.
Notions:
Stitch Marker
1 Tapestry needle to weave in ends
Gauge:
5 clusters and 6 cluster rows = 4” in star cluster stitch in the round.
