Whalsay Wrap
This wrap is knitted in two halves, fading from dark to light and back to dark in each half. “The halves are knitted together, which gives strength and stability to the final piece,” explains Mary Henderson. “This would be a good starter project for someone wanting to explore Shetland lace – Razor Lace and Cat’s Paw are traditional Shetland lace patterns, and are two of my favourite stitches. I’ve also combined stripes and colour blocking in shades of blue.”
