A graphic, very wearable triangular shawl worked flat, using simple garter stitch for the stripes and a choice of ridges or eyelet mesh in a single colour. The triangular shape is achieved using basic increases (yarn over) and decreases (knit two together). A picot cast-off finishes the shawl with a flourish.

This pattern includes instructions for ridges or eyelet mesh, depending on your personal preference, and can easily be worked to different sizes. It is an expanded version of the On the Edge Shawl from my Knit the Rainbow pattern collection.
