This is a unisex sock pattern that uses variegated yarn without losing the pattern in the colour variations. A great use for a skein of variegated sock yarn.

It is easy enough to knit while watching TV but interesting enough to stop you from going completely crazy.

This pattern was knitted for my teenage son, whose response to being told I was knitting him a pair of socks was “whatever”. Despite his initial lack of enthusiasm, they became his favourite socks and he ordered another pair (also pictured).
