The Wheat hat is simply constructed from the bottom to the crown. It has a wide ribbed brim that folds up for extra warmt is made, and the body of the hat is decorated with structure pattern that resembles wheatears. The brim and body is knit on short circular needles and the crown is closed up with double-pointed needles.
