Wheel Of Fortune is a pattern for an octagonal flower motif. It is a versatile pattern, and can be customised to make bigger PROJECTS. The notes have detailed instructions on how to join as you go, which will enable you to make any project of your choice. The PDF has instructions on how to make a single motif, a 2×2 project which uses 4 motifs and 1 center join, a 3×3 project which uses 9 motifs and 4 centre joins. There is a link provided which has a pictorial on how to join the motifs as you go.
