Wheeler Cowl
Among my mother’s many talents is jewelry making. She makes the most unusual necklaces, and even though I dress in simple clothes, I almost always wear one of her pieces. This cowl was inspired by her adornments; the yarn reminded me of the delicate suit she wore to my wedding and the gossamer lace feels as good as mother’s hug.
Knit in a single skein of Tilli Tomas Voila de la Mer, this cowl uses simple lace to great effect, making it a wonderful first lace project or perfect for a quick, luxurious gift for a friend or yourself.
The finished cowl is 12 inches flat (24 inches around) and 18 inches tall.
