Wheezy Toy Story
IMPORTANT NOTE
Just a quick note to let you know that my crochet patterns are typically shared as posts rather than PDFs, unless specifically stated otherwise.
Also, please keep in mind that, just like my pattern posts for subscribers, not all of these patterns have been formally tested. While I strive for accuracy, there may be minor typos or small errors. I work to correct any issues as soon as they are brought to my attention.
Doing it this way allows me to post two patterns a month because they are quicker to produce, are easily accessible and ready to view directly on my page. The posts can be printed if you wish. Unlike subscribers who lose access to posts if the subscription ends, posts that are purchased will have lifetime access.
If you’re comfortable with this and excited to start creating, my crochet patterns are perfect for you!
Something that I am very happy about is the beak detail where I added a piece of cross stitch plastic canvas to give that squeaker effect to the mouth. As I type this I am thinking if I had a squeaker, I could have added that to Wheezy’s body for a bit of an extra touch. But that is just me being a little extra!
You can use whichever yarn weight and hook size you prefer. This will however change the overall size of your project.
Overall, I am very happy with how Wheezy turned out. He is approximately 12.5cm/4.5 inches tall and 12.5cm/4.5 inches wide when using DK yarn with a 2.5mm hook.
