This cowl is designed in two halves. The first half is a drop stitch design with a garter border. The second half is all garter. It is not knit in the round. This design uses a 3-Needle Bind Off technique.
This is a very simple and quick design and the yarn has a wonderful drape and feels lovely to work with.
