Where I Wound Up
Summer zipped by so fast! We really enjoyed the knit the river cruises, hosted by Darn Knit Anyway. Gliding along the peaceful St. Croix river was a delightful way to visit with friends and get in a little quality stitching time.
I brought along WIPs but decided to start something completely new (why not?) for the two-hour cruise. I had been thinking about this lovely, long color repeat yarn for a bit, so on cruise day I decided to grab a skein, cast on for a cowl, use simple stitches (so I could babble away and not get lost) and see where it would take me.
This is where I wound up!
(I also invented a narrative about all of us cruising to the Caribbean for three weeks to begin a phenomenal vacation).
See you next time!
I hope you enjoy the pattern. Have fun!
A big thank you to Andrea, for modeling.
