“ Always resignation and acceptance. Always prudence and honour and duty. Elinor, where is your heart?”-Sense and Sensibility

This design is inspired by Jane Austen’s novel: Sense and Sensibility. The two stitch patterns mirror the two Dashwood sisters and their personalities: Marianne/romantic and Elinor/practical.

The shawl is knitted from one corner increasing out to the opposite edge. If you have trouble with the WR2 stitch you can go to my Instagram page, @hollydyeworks, to watch a sample video of myself doing the stitch.
