Where the wild things are jumpsuit
Construction
The Where the wild things are Jumpsuit pattern is worked in one piece from top to bottom. You will start by knitting the top of the hood in flat knitting, in garter stitch with an i-cord edge, working increases and decreases to shape the back of the head. You will then pick up the stitches along the sides of this piece in order to knit the sides and the back of the hood. After having worked the raglan sleeves, you will divide your work in three parts to put the stitches for the sleeves on hold while you knit the chest and bottom of the jumpsuit. You will keep working the i-cord edge on the right front edge only, and will make 5 buttonholes along the edge. You will join the work once you reach the last rows of the body, then divide your work to shape the legs with the Magic Loop technique (or with double pointed needles). Finally, you will go back to the stitches you had on hold to work the sleeves. The end of the legs and sleeves are worked in 1x1 rib stitch.

These sizes are based on standards, they may vary a lot from one child to the other, and each size of the pattern might fit for different ages depending on ones morphology.
