This set boasts a pointy witch hat with a pretty bow ribbon type effect around the brim. The cape has a high collar that will wrap around the back of babies neck. The cape will flow halfway down babies back and create a great 3d textured effect The cape can be gently tied up with the sashay yarn ribbon.

WW Yarn and Sashay Yarn is required to make this pattern as well as I hook and K hook.
