This is a pattern in collaboration with Holiday Yarns as part of the Heroes and Villains Sock Club 2014.

What better villain can you possibly think of, than one who steals the hero’s technology and turns it to his own nefarious purposes? Oh yes, Mr Whiplash, with your own Arc Reactor and sizzling Energy Whips, I think you fit the bill perfectly!

The Whiplash Sock is worked from the twisted rib cuff down, with zig-zag Energy Whips following the length of the sock and the stolen Arc Reactor technology taking its place front and centre.
