Whipped Leaf Sweater ‐Type F‐ is a seamless top-down sweater. This sweater has a raglan sleeve and
is from the Whipped Leaf series with a leaf pattern on the chest. Type “F“ refers to “Front”.
Starting with the right sleeve, work short rows to create a back rise, then increase the sleeves and body panels while working the leaf pattern. Continue working in the round until the underarms are reached. After separating the sleeves and body and working to the hem, an elongated rib is worked in the round in 2x2 rib. Sleeves are worked while decreasing every few rows. Cuffs are worked in garter stitch, 2x2 rib, and finished in stockinette. The neckband is worked with a folded rib.

To work small circumference in the round, use double-pointed needles or a long circular needle for magic loop.

Whipped Leaf Sweater ‐Type F‐ は、リーフ模様を胸元にあしらったWhipped Leaf シリーズのラグランセーターです。Type Fの “F”はFrontの略です。
編み方は、右袖からスタートし引き返し編みをして前後差を作った後、リーフ模様を編みながらラグラン増し目で袖と身頃を増やし脇下まで輪で編み進めます。脇下に到達したら袖と身頃を分け身頃のリーフ模様を少し編んでから、2目ゴム編みで長い裾を輪に編みます。袖は数段ごとに減らし目をしながら編み、袖口はガーター編みで切り替えを入れた後2目ゴム編みで編み、メリヤス編みで袖先をカールさせます。ネックは編みはじめの作り目から拾い目をし、1目ゴム編みのダブルカラーに仕上げます。
