The rapid Decrease/Increase in the ruffled 25 stitch bands causes such a steeply angled curl as to make the stripes in that section appear nearly perpendicular to those of the 5 stitch Garter columns.

Worked in the Round (Top-down and Bottom-up present the same).

Intermediate Skills: Work in the round, k, p, p3tog, kfbf/pfbf.
