Whisp is a top down capelet starting at the neck working your way down, creating a capelet like this lets you control the size of it so no matter if your broad shouldered or narrow shouldered, making it for an adult or child, you can adjust the size a little easier when making this top down!
the hood is optional for your capelet, some of my testers prefered keeping this capelet a shawl instead which is perfectly fine! the beauty in the craft is being able to make things that suit your style and what you like! this pattern is so versitile and you can make this capelet in so many different ways!

Hook US I9 / 5.5 mm
Tapestry needle, scissors
