This pattern includes instructions for the dress and the hat. I used sport weight yarn for newborn size, however you can use worsted weight yarn to obtain a 0-3 months size.
You will need:
Sport weight or worsted weight yarn.
A needle and thread to attach the button.
A button

You will need one skein of sport weight yarn and a very small amount of pink for newborn.
