White Cardigan is a V-neck cardigan with ¾-sleeves, intended to be worn open for an airy summer look. The cardigan features ribbed dropped shoulders and bands of Lace alternated with Stockinette Stitch at the lower body. The cardigan is worked top down, beginning with the right and left neckbands. For the upper back, stitches are picked up along the neckbands for the back neck, and shoulder stitches are cast on. The shoulders and back neck are shaped with short rows. Then the upper back is worked down to the armhole depth. Stitches for the right and left fronts are picked up along the back shoulder cast-ons, and each upper front is worked separately down to the same length as the back. The back and fronts are joined, and the lower body – with slight A-Line shaping – is finished in one piece down to the hem. The narrow front bands are worked lengthwise simultaneously with the fronts. Finally, stitches for the sleeves are picked up around the armholes, then the sleeves are worked top down in Stockinette Stitch in the round.

White Cardigan ist eine Jacke mit V-Ausschnitt und ¾-Ärmeln. Für einen luftigen Sommer-Look wird sie offen getragen. Die Jacke hat gerippte überschnittene Schultern, im unteren Jackenbereich wechseln sich ein Lochmuster und Glatt Rechts ab. Die Jacke wird von oben nach unten gestrickt. Zuerst wird die Halsblende vorbereitet. Für das obere Rückenteil werden sodann Maschen aus der Halsblende für den hinteren Halsausschnitt herausgestrickt und Maschen für die Schultern angeschlagen. Die Schulterschrägungen und der hintere Halsausschnitt werden mit verkürzten Reihen geformt. Dann wird das Rückenteil bis zur Armlochtiefe gestrickt. Anschließend werden Maschen für das rechte und das linke Vorderteil aus den Maschenanschlägen der hinteren Schultern herausgestrickt und beide oberen Vorderteile werden separat voneinander gestrickt, bis sie die gleiche Länge wie das Rückenteil haben. Für den unteren Jackenbereich – mit leichter A-Linie – werden das Rückenteil und beide Vorderteile in einem Stück fertiggestellt. Die schmalen Blenden werden gleichzeitig mit den Vorderteilen mitgestrickt. Zuletzt werden Maschen für die Ärmel rund um die Armlöcher herausgestrickt und die Ärmel von oben nach unten glatt rechts in Runden gestrickt.
