This lightweight shrug worked in simple stockinette stitch is perfect for a weekend outing. The shrug is knit flat in stockinette stitch, knitted in two pieces, then seamed. Curled forms a collar-like effect after shrug is constructed. Once the garment is finished, there is no real “top”, or “bottom”, so how you wear your shrug is up to you!

It is a very cozy thing and you can wear it by a different ways as you can see in the pictures.

Use curling for getting different sizes of the shrug and even length of sleeves.

Gauge is no matter, use your own calculation. Use a yarn 600m/100g, not thicker.

My shrug was knitted with 4 strands of yarn held together.
