Fairly easy lacy cardigan with short sleeves - great for the spring and summer. Lace consists of an 8 row repeat diamond pattern, which is easy to memorize after a short time. Knit straight up and notched for the armholes, with some increasing on the set-in sleeves. Lace accommodates curves very well and that’s why it can be knit straight up and still fit a size 36” bust and a 40” hip size. Has an elegant scooped neck. Lace pattern is conveyed by chart. Neck and button band are worked in garter stitch with an I-cord button loop.
