Whitney Peak
Whitney Peak is a reimagined version of my Salkantay sweater, released in 2020 and designed with Amano Yarns’ Puna. Whitney Peak has cropped body length and sleeves and different edge treatments, making for a totally different look. But since this sweater is top down, it’s easy to adjust sleeve and body length to your liking. Check out Salkantay to see what the colorwork looks like with a darker background color and lighter foreground color! There are two sets of charts in the pattern – one with a light background and one with a dark background – to help you more easily follow along.
This sweater is knit seamlessly from the top down. Change colors using the stranded method. The beginning of round marker sits in center back.
This pattern is part of the Knit Picks Independent Designer Program.
