This belt actually doesn’t look knitted at all. It has a cool, lanyard-from-summer-camp look to it. The pattern is an easy 2-row repeat. The gauge is calculated to fit the size D-ring that is one and a quarter inches. If you want a wider or narrower belt, to match a bigger or smaller D-ring or other buckle of your choice, add or subtract the number of stitches in multiples of 2, so that you have an even number.

As shown: 1 hank Classic Elite Imagine cotton/rayon yarn (93 yds) but you can use similar cotton or cotton blend DK weight fiber
