This design is formed using different cable techniques. Because the pattern is cable, coupled with the 1X1 ribbed brim, you will find this hat will stretch to fit any adult’s head. My head is quite small (measurements above) but is also the same size as my son’s so some children may fit the design as well. For smaller sizes you could use a finer yarn with smaller needles.
