This cute Halloween ornament is crocheted in the round and does not require a specific gauge. However, the nature of amigurumi figures requires a tighter tension so the stuffing does not come out between the stitches. Figures are approximately 3 inches in diameter and can be used for making wreaths, garlands and centerpieces. Although the crochet hook calls for a 3mm crochet hook, any size between 2.75mm (C) and 3.25mm (D) is fine. Meeting gauge is not crucial, however keep your tension tight so fiberfill does not come out through the stitches. Enjoy!
