The Wicker Throw crochet pattern is an easy crochet blanket to work featuring the lovely moss stitch. When it comes to crochet blankets, I love the moss stitch.  I love it’s simplicity, it’s texture and its weight.  The moss stitch simply makes for a beautiful blanket! It is also a wonderful stitch to experiment with colour.

Yarn: Heartland by Lion Brand Yarn (100% extra acrylic; 5 oz/142g; 251 yds/230 m); 10 balls Grand Canyon (Colour A), 2-3 (depending on the fringe) balls Black Canyon (Colour B)

Hook: Size H/8 (5 mm) hook.
