Wicklow Beanie
INTRODUCTION
The Wicklow Beanie is knitted in the round using a 2 x 2 rib, starting with a folded brim. The row is then sectioned into four to create a repeated pattern of 2 x 2 ribbing and a ‘bracken’ motif with ‘branches’ that decrease towards the crown. The motif is inspired by woodland walks in County Wicklow, Ireland.
