Wide Mock Cable Afghan Join & Border
This is a technique which can be used with any weight of yarn. It is a gorgeous way to join knitted afghan squares together, without sewing or crocheting. The stitch is a very simple mock cable design and therefore is easy for even a beginning knitter.
Instructions are written for worsted weight, but can easily be adapted, using the patterns suggestions to match any size of square and/or weight of yarn.
This pattern is available in the e-book “Mock Cable Joining Method” along with the narrower version as well. It is also included in my “Textured Squares of the Month Afghan”.
