The Wiggles scarf is the perfect way to bring a pop of color to any outfit while keeping out the autumnal breezes thanks to the warm superfine Highland Wool. The long and slim neckerchief-style scarf is quick to knit with an easy, memorizable pattern.

The inspiration for this project was the desire to have a drawer full of colorful scarves to brighten up any neutral outfit. The main criteria was that it was quick and memorable to make but with something of interest. This is where the wiggles came into being. They are easily created by casting on stitches at the end of one row and binding off at the beginning of the next row without breaking the flow.

The Wiggles shawl is a larger and wider version of the scarf. It’s designed to be wrapped around the neck once and tucked into a coat or jacket for an extra layer of warmth.
