ss = slip stitch
sc = single crochet
hdc = half double crochet
dc = double crochet
inc = increase. Make 2 stitches in the next stitch.
dec = decrease. Hook in indicated stitch, yarn over, pull up a loop, hook in next stitch, yarn over, pull up a loop, yarn over, pull through three loops on hook.
