Wild Animal Stackers [New Version]
Updated Version with Fully Integrated Legs and Tails + 2 Brand New Ring Designs
Suitable for Intermediate Level
48 page written pattern
A beautiful educational stacking toy.
This innovative design is both educational and recreational.
Charming and perfect for sitting on a nursery shelf for a new born and can provide hours of play as the child gets older.
The stand for the animal rings is a cute giraffe.
Features a large range of wild animals.
This New Version contains 10 animals as before, however these have been fully updated and different animals have been included.
This means that you now have 12 animals to choose from in total.
The limbs on the new version have been integrated into the crocheted sections/rings meaning there is also much less sewing.
The Original Version of this pattern was published on Ravelry in February 2019.
Both Versions are included in this listing.
Booklet 1 features 10 animals incorporated into a 46 page e-book.
Booklet 2 features 10 animals incorporated into a 48 page e-book.
Both patterns can be made in their entirety or as a mix and match selection using your favourite creations.
Offering clear instructions and a lot of tips on how to put your animals together.
Using crochet inner tubes within the neck structure to make it stronger and as such offering a better support for the rings and avoiding stretching.
The giraffe neck is long enough for 4 rings to be used if required.
It is recommended that you make 1 big, 2 medium and 1 small ring or 1 big, 1 medium and 2 small rings to fit correctly.
If you wish to create in Aran/Worsted use a 4mm hook and increase your wool amounts by 60%
If you wish to make in chunky use a 5mm hook and increase your wool amount by 200%.
This pattern is my original pattern.
