The Wild Horse Hat is knit on any 3/8” gauge round loom with an even number of pegs….for example, the All N One loom, Knitting Board’s Adjustable Hat Loom, or Knitting Board’s Premium Round loom.

This hat uses a total of 200 yards of a worsted weight (4) yarn: 100 yards for the top color (pink in sample), 50 yards for the brim color (gray in sample), and 50 yards for the center color (white in sample).

The pattern is suitable for an advanced beginner.

UPDATE: The pattern now includes specific instructions for knitting this hat with bulky 5 yarn on a 48-peg 5/8” gauge loom.
