The Wild Rose Beanie is designed for advanced beginner knitters and assumes that the knitter has knowledge of knit and purl stitches, knitting in the round, and increasing and decreasing. Some new techniques might be 2-color knitting and corrugated rib. The beanies in the photos are knit from worsted weight commercial and handspun yarns.

At least 3 colors are needed for the pattern, but up to 5 colors can be used. This is a great project for using up yarn leftover from other projects. 2 ounces of worsted weight yarn are needed for the main color.
