Wild Things Grow
by Tierce Knits
A viney lace motif and slipped stitches work together to create this pretty cowl. You can knit this with DK weight yarn for a lighter, more delicate piece, or worsted weight yarn for a slightly larger cowl with an extra serving of cozy. Wild Things is tapered to sit well on your shoulders. It is a very straightforward pattern and is a rewarding way to practice and improve your lace knitting skills. Suitable for beginners and beyond.
You will need 1 skein of either DK or worsted weight yarn.
DK weight uses ~185 yards; worsted weight uses ~200 yards
You will need a 24” circular needle.
Skills Involved:
-knitting in the round
-simple lace stitches
-slipped stitches
