Wildflower
This pattern specifies yarn quantities in ounces, not yards. Peaches & Creme yarn normally is 122 yards in a 2.5-ounce ball, or nearly 49 yards per ounce. Thus, allow approximately 150 yards/ 137 meters for each of the two main colors.
The pattern specifies: Peaches & Creme Art. 93-H by Elmore-Pisgah, Inc.:
- 1.5 oz Shrimp #21
- 1.5 oz White #1
- Small amount of Lemon #123
- Small amount of Emerald #62
Tapestry needle
G hook or hook size needed to obtain gauge.
Gauge: 4 sc = 1”, sc rows = 1”; 1 dc = 1”, 2 dc rows = 1”
(Yes, clearly there are errors here. The number of sc rows in one inch is not given. And I find it hard to believe in 1 dc in 1”. But this is exactly what the pattern says. But it’s a pot holder; how critical is gauge, anyway?)
The pattern begins on page 8.
