A thick , chunky , winter sweater to be worn comfortably.

Photographs have been knitted with Harvest Wool from Timber and Twine, using 2 x strands, (each end of ball )

Knitted in one piece with circular knitting needles, starting at the bottom with a ribbed band, knitting the body to underarm on circular needles, sleeves knitted from the bottom in one circular piece, starting with a knitted rib on double pointed needles, and changing to smaller circular needles , to required length to underarm, knit other sleeve. All three pieces are transferred onto one circular needle to knit the yoke and work on the pattern.

This pattern has been so popular due to its colour work and colour combinations, and its rustic, less than perfect hand made look. Feel free to improvise with the colour and texture stitches.
