An asymmetrical poncho design inspired by the unique and eccentric beauty of wildflowers seen around the globe. Plush petals unfold into playful squares and join up with a clean, simple stitch pattern to create an unconventional yet stylish pull-over poncho. The one-size fits all wrap has customizable length and neck opening. Perfect for both chilly evenings and formal occasions.
Pattern Difficulty: Intermediate/Experienced
20-Page pattern includes written instructions, pictorials, stitch charts, color photos, ‘Designer’s Notes’ in the margins, and instructions for special stitches.
Pattern includes instruction to work Poncho in either
- Light/Double-Knit Weight (14-16 wpi) yarn OR
- Wool/Acrylic ~ Medium/ #4 Weight Yarn (9-12 wpi)
Lighter-weight yarns will produce beautiful drape appropriate for all seasons. Medium-weight yarns will yield a heavier and slightly larger garment suitable for winter/cold.
Neck-opening and length are fully customizable.
