SUMMARY:
To make this seat belt cover for my standard 2” seat belt, I used 6 of these wildflower motifs, sewn together in two strips of 3 and then tied at the sides. I used clear silicone glue on the inside of each motif for a non-slip grip. I used mercerized worsted weight cotton yarn (Lion Brand 24/7 Cotton) for a non-sweaty, comfy cushion in summer, and an E hook for a tight stitch. My motif was inspired by a blue columbine wildflower, and by my love of teal.
