The Amigurumi Wildlife Adventure introduces some of the wonderful, unique and endangered creatures from the different corners of our planet. There are 12 creatures to make, with a mixture of land and sea animals and other wild things.

A relative of otters and raccoons, the red pandas spend their lives in tree canopies, munching on lots and lots of bamboo (just like the big panda bears who share their name). To recreate the soft fur of their coats we held cotton together with mohair, giving the amigurumi a soft fluffy halo.

The pattern is written in US crochet terms, with plenty of step-by-step images to guide you along the way.

The project can be made with your preferred yarn, all the samples were made in DK-weight cotton with a 3.0mm hook.
