About the Pattern:
The Wildlife Socks are a simple sock design with colorwork featuring wildlife. Clouds, mountains, and sheep galore!

Sizes:
1 (2) for a sock circumference of
8 (9) inches / 20 (23) cm or a foot circumference of 9 (10) inches / 23 (25.5) cm

Gauge:
32 sts / 40 rows = 4 x 4 in or 10 x 10 cm

US 1 / 2.25mm circular needles/DPNs
US 1.5 / 2.5mm circular needles/DPNs

Yarn Required:
MC 1 - 75yd / 68.5m yd blue
MC 2 - 250yd / 228.6m green
CC 1 - 150yd / 137m white
CC 2 - 50yd / 45.7m black
CC 3 - 50yd / 45.7m dark green
If you would like your mountains to look more rocky, replace CC 3 with CC 2 black or a dark grey.

Recommended Yarn:
Cascade Heritage Sock or any fingering weight or sock yarn. I recommend a wool-based yarn with some nylon, acrylic, or polyamide content.
