Circular needles, 16 in (40 cm): US 7 and US 10 (4.5 mm and 6 mm)
Circular needles, 32 in (80 cm): US 7 and US 10 (4.5 mm and 6 mm)
Size up or down for colorwork if necessary. Make a swatch if necessary.
Personally, I tend not to alter my needle size when working in colorwork.
