Willa’s Hat is a free pattern for a fair-isle hat knitted in the round with a squirrel and acorn design.

This pattern is recommended for knitters who have done stranded color work before.

This hat is designed to fit people with an adult-sized head. Finished hat measures 7-7.5 in (18-19 cm).

The suggested yarn for this hat is Drops Karisma and/or Drops Lima. The sample was knitted with Drops Karisma Dark Purple 76 (A), Light Grey 44 (B), and Dark Grey 53 (D), and Drops Lima Goldenrod 2923 (C). Allow 1 skein/50 g for A, 0.25 skeins for B, and traces/0.1 skeins for C and D.
