Willow Double Wrap Cowl
This cowl is a bulky, warm and squishy accessory. It is worked as a simple rectangle in rows, not in the round. The buttons slip into the existing stitches, so there are no button holes to make. You can work it with worsted wight yarn, two strands held together, or a weight 5 bulky yarn. You can also work it in two colors or in a single color.
It is slightly shorter than a scarf measuring approximately 8 in. wide by 55 in. long. It wraps around twice creating two layers of cozy, squishy warmth.
Any worsted weight yarn two strands held together will work. You will need a total of 375 yards for one color. If you are using two colors, you will need 232 yards of color A (Lion Brand Heartland color Congaree) and 125 yards of color B (Lion Brand Heartland color Dry Tortugas).
I used three 1 in. wooden buttons
